RETURNS POLICY

You have 14 days to return any un-opened and un-used items to the below address. This includes treatments and gift vouchers. Any faulty items can be returned within 28 days. 

REFUNDS ON PRE-PAID APPOINTMENTS

Gift Cards/Vouchers, and Treatments Paid Upfront

As with all items purchased we are happy to refund any unused gift cards or vouchers within 14 days of purchase only.

Refund for a Course (6 Sessions for the Price of 4)

We will only ever refund the full cost of the unused sessions that were paid for in full, and not any discounted sessions. 

Example 1: You only used 1 session and would like to be refunded for the rest. We will only refund the cost of 3 remaining sessions, as the other two were free. 

Example 2: You used 4 of the 6 sessions. You are not due any refund if you no longer want the other two, as these were free as part of the 6 for 4 deal.
