Cancellation Policy

We have a clear 48 hour cancellation policy, any appointment cancelled, rearranged, or no-showed within that period will incur a new deposit to re-book.

This is under absolutely any circumstances. 

We charge £10 per half-hour slot missed. This will be charged to the card you confirmed upon booking. If we don't have your card on file, we will send you a secure payment link. 

Until the cancellation fee is paid, you will not be able to rebook with us. 

Example 1: Dermaplaning & Glow (Mask) (1 hour) was cancelled, rearranged or no-showed within 48 hours of the booking, a £20.00 cancellation fee is payable before you can re-book. 

Example 2: Session of Platinum laser (3 hours) was cancelled, rearranged or no-showed within 48 hours of the booking, a £60.00 cancellation fee is payable before you can re-book. 

You will never lose a session under this policy, it is just the cancellation fee that is payable before you can rebook the session. The only time a session would be lost is if you don't pay the cancellation fee owed in these circumstances.

We understand that things happen in life, and that's why we have this policy in place, to cover us both for when they do. We have to make a living even when we can't fill gaps.

Many places charge 50% or even 100% of the total missed session in these circumstances, or they deduct a pre-paid session off your course. Therefore we believe our cancellation policy is more than reasonable.

Refunds

Gift Cards/Vouchers, and Treatments Paid Upfront

As with all items purchased we are happy to refund any unused gift cards or vouchers within 14 days of purchase only. After this, any refund will be at our discretion and in the form of a gift voucher.

This includes refunds on any courses of multiple sessions purchased at once (i.e. the 6 for 4 courses), as well as single sessions.
