Booking Fees / Deposits
All appointments require a Booking Fee of £10 per 30 minutes of the appointment time booked.
Booking Fees:

Are non-refundable
-
Are transferable to another appointment only when the appointment is cancelled or rearranged with more than 48 hours’ notice

Are lost if the appointment is cancelled, rearranged, or not attended within 48 hours of the appointment start time
If a Booking Fee is lost, a new Booking Fee will be required to secure any future appointment.
Pre-Paid Appointments
A Booking Fee is not required when an appointment is paid in full in advance.
Clients booking a pre-paid appointment must request a booking code if they do not already have one.
If a pre-paid appointment is cancelled, rearranged, or not attended within 48 hours, the appointment becomes subject to a Cancellation Fee as outlined below.
Cancellation Policy
We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.
Any appointment that is cancelled, rearranged, or not attended within 48 hours of the appointment start time will incur a Cancellation Fee, regardless of the reason.
This policy applies under all circumstances.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation Fees are charged at £10 per 30 minutes of appointment time booked.

The fee will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking

If no card is held on file, a secure payment link will be issued

Cancellation Fees must be paid before any future bookings can be made
Examples

Dermaplaning & Glow (1 hour)
Cancellation Fee: £20 -
Platinum Laser Session (3 hours)
Cancellation Fee: £60
Important Notes

You will not lose a prepaid session as long as the Cancellation Fee is paid

The session remains on your account and can be rebooked once the fee is settled

A session will only be forfeited if the Cancellation Fee remains unpaid
Where a Booking Fee / Deposit has already been paid, this will be retained and deducted from the Cancellation Fee owed.
If the Booking Fee does not cover the full Cancellation Fee, the remaining balance must be paid.
Refunds
Gift Cards, Vouchers & Treatments Paid Upfront
Unused gift cards, vouchers, and pre-paid treatments may be refunded within 14 days of purchase only.
After 14 days:

Refunds are at our discretion

Any approved refund will be issued as store credit only
This applies to:
-
Single treatment purchases
-
Treatment courses (including promotional packages such as “6 for 4”)
