Postage

We ship using Hermes Tracked which takes 3-5 working days. If you prefer to collect from Halifax to get the item sooner, please select "collect item" at checkout, or contact us as soon as you've made your purchase so we don't package and post the item.

Our salon is closed Sun-Weds usually so our main posting days are Thurs-Saturday.

If more than one item is purchased for the same delivery address, we will always group postage unless asked not to.

 

Returns Policy

You have 14 days to return any un-opened and un-used items to the below address. This includes treatments and gift vouchers. Any faulty items can be returned within 28 days.
